My interest in photography took place through the years. First I found my father´s cameras, took a few photos with my mother (who´s also a photographer) and learned the basics, then I went to Norway as an exchange student at the age of 18 and was part of Fagerlia School Newspaper/Photography Unit, Aalesund. I used to take pictures of old buildings, art galleries and artistic events.
After a whole year in Norway, I returned to Costa Rica to study Photography and Cinema at Veritas University, San José. I like taking pictures of different things/moments. Really like portraits and structures. According to me, a picture has to inform/transmit the observer all the meaning inside of it, creating an individual criteria all the time.
